But how many other children and their fathers and mothers were killed that awful August sixty years ago?
To choose in retrospect between two such horrible horns of this false dilemma is futile. War is a stupid way to live: creative non-violence is the answer.
For sixty years, Japan has given peace a chance. Please continue to do so!
Would that the United States would do likewise. Must we wait until our empire fails, until we learn not to force 'freedom' on others?
