If another family member would be to remove them from the abuse they would charged with kidnapping. The way I see it if they don't want to be held accountable then they should support a new bill allowing family members to remove children without receiving charges pending a full investigation. Child safety is first! |

If they see anything wrong with the children or house or well being something should be done. Anytime CPs is involved and the child dies charges should also be on the CPS worker. |
