This repeats itself over and over and over... think of the horror those children live with every day..not understanding what they've done to cause such anger towards them. When a child is removed from a home where abuse is obvious.. they should NEVER be returned. Be responsible and alert.. open your eyes..make the right choice..we all have the right to life...don't take away this right from abused children. I agree if an agency returns an abused child back to the abuser.. and the result is the death of that child.. that agency is just as culpulble and reponsible and should be tried in a court of law for child negligence and endangerment and prosecuted to the full extent. |

I don't understand the reasoning behind it I mean logicaly you would think shaking a baby would make them cry more.
There needs to be more awareness and tougher penalties or this will keep happening and babies will keep dying. |

It is so sad that people could do these things to children just because they couldn't handle it. I hope that every person that ever hurts or kills a child is thrown in jail and then beaten the same way that they beat the child that they hurt or killed so they know what it was like. |
