HELP ME PASS SCHWADE /MCKINNEY

The petition

I WANTED TO CREATE A LAW FOR CHILDREN THAT WILL PROTECT THEM FROM ABUSERS AND THE AGENCIES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT THESE CHILDREN I FEEL IF D.C.F.S. IS GOT EVIDENT CASE OF ABUSE OR NEGLECT AND FAIL TO PROTECT THAT CHILD THEY SHOULD BE AS GUILTY AS THE PERSON THAT TAKES THAT CHILD LIFE AS WELL AS MAKING THE JUDGE THAT RETURNS A CHILD TO A HOME THAT IS LIFE THREATENING LIKE THE TRAGIC CASE OF KELSEY BRIGGS THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH THE ABUSER FOR THE SAME CRIME
