153 AnonymousAnonymousMDUSThe lives and past records of too many young black men are being destroyed in this city.

160 AnonymousAnonymousMDUSWe need to band together to fight this horrific nightmare. They run into people's home without permission, frightened our children, harass single mothers, and try to kill the dreams of our black young men who have the potential to succeed. Baltimore citizens need to speak out and bring this issue to a national level ie CNN, MSNBC, OR NIGHTLINE.

168 JerryFleetMDUSim a victim of false arrest, and fale imprisonment or shall we say i was framed me and 4 other people. in fear of going to jail i had to accept a guilty plea of time served
169 mikeaikenMIUSi agree no one should be arrested for no reason and you are not always who you hang with unless your a gang member or a part of some organazation then you are to fall as a group
170 LatriceWesleyMDUSSomthing really needs to be done about this this problem not only hurts the innocent inmate but it really have an effect on their families especially when the innocent inmates miss their kids be born
171 SarahDingleMDUSThis is a problem that absolutely needs to be addressed. Far too many police dollars are being spent filling "quotas" instead of taking the time to arrest those people who are truly committing crime. Quit harassing people waiting for the bus, and lock up some of these drug dealers and addicts who use bus stops as an open air drug marketplace!!
172 KevieRussellMDUSEnough is Enough!! Stop Lynching our people, especially our kids!

177 NormaDofflemyerVAUSI was a resident of Baltimore City for years. It is wonderful to see people stcking together on this. Many thanks to Delegate Carter for taking the initiative to address this horrible situation. The behavior of police oficers was absolutely horrible even in the 60's. It's no wonder that so many fear law enforcement officials and view it as a crooked system. Many years ago my own mother and younger sister who was only 7 yrs. old at the time were forced out of their home by a police officer who had his weapon pointed at my mother. My younger sister was terrified and is emotionally scarred for life. She was in the yard riding her tricycle. When we speak of it even today she still cries.I am certain that we have no recourse. Sadly my dear mother passed away in Sept. of 2005 without getting any justice. In any event I hope she is smiling from heaven in hopes that others may.
178 frankquinnMNUSmy son and i were falsely imprisoned with courts dismissing charges now im out 10000 now what
