I would like to thank you for taking on this issue. I would also like to point out being one of those falsely arrested that very few of the victims of these crimes are filing official complaints against arresting officers. There is a responsibility on the individual to take official action. I say this because there were others who were victimized in my incident yet, I am the only one to file a former complaint. I am finding that the average tough looking and sounding black man is absolutely terrified of the process. Those who were attacked with me are working harder to stop me in my complaint than to bring these police thugs to justice. I have known them since we were little youths. It shocks me and it scares me to know that they have accepted these atrocities as normal for being black and being male. I believe this whole Soviet style arrest process is a covert form of psychological terror designed to aid the "gentrification process by driving the undesirables out of the city". See the movie "Posse" w/Mario Van Peeples. The same exact thing was happening with the sheriff terrorizing color folk because he knew the future value of their land. The real estate values in Baltimore are about to explode , and we are in the way. They are intentionally destroying our quality of life. They being certain economic and political interest controlling city government. We need to get to the root motive behind these arrests for we all know they have nothing to do with crime. Also, let me state this is not zero tolerance. Zero tolerance is the arrest AND PROSECUTION OF ALL CRIMES. What we have going on in Baltimore right now is better known as STALINISM-WHERE PEOPLE ARE ARRESTED BECAUSE OF WHO THEY ARE AND NOT WHAT THEY HAVE DONE! I look forward to supporting you in this struggle.
