STRONGER LAWS FOR REPETED SEXUAL OFFENDERS

IN LIGHT OF RECENT EVENTS IN CITRUS COUNTY, FLORIDA IT HAS BEEN MADE OBVIOUS THAT CURRENT TRACKING FOR REPEATED SEXUAL OFFENDERS ARE NOT STRICT ENOUGH. A TRACKING DEVICE MUST BE IMPLEMENTED. ALL REPEATED SEXUAL OFFENDERS MUST BE MONITORED MORE STRINGENTLY. BY HAVING THE CONSTANT SUPERVISION OF A MONITORING DEVICE, REPEATED SEXUAL OFFENDERS WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE AT WILL WITHOUT THE LAW OFFICIALS AND THE FAMILIES OF THE COMMUNITY KNOWING. IF THIS WAS IN PLACE,RECENT EVENTS MAY HAVE BEEN PREVENTED. THIS PETITION IS TO TRY TO ENACT A LAW TO PROTECT MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY FROM REPEATED SEXUAL OFFENDERS BY HAVING MONITORING DEVICES ON THEM AT ALL TIMES
