| 251 | David A. Freedgood | The Ingersoll Memorial Home site is not only of priceless historical significance to the Town Of Niskayuna and Schenectady County as a whole, it enhances the community with its stately beauty.
The only part of the property that should be allowed to be developed is the rear section on Balltown Road which faces Mohawk Commons. The treed property facing State Street should remain as is. |
| 252 | Joan K. Ham | I, too, think the Ingersoll Home should be preserved for its history, its setting, and its beauty. We absolutely do NOT need another mall anywhere, but in particular where it would complicate traffic on Balltown Road.
Balltown is already congested. |

| 256 | Alan Hamlin | Historical buildings need to be preserved not desroyed! Also there are already now way too many retail buildings, we don't need more! |
| 257 | Lisa Milliman | there are too many empty "malls" currently in this area, efforts at "revitalizing" these eyesores would be more beneficial than cutting down the few trees that actually remain in that area only to have another empty eyesore there in another 20 or less years....as this is the gateway from the Albany/Colonie area to Schenectady the beauty of this small area upon entry to Schenectady helps to soften the view |
| 258 | Deborah Gair | Please do not build another mall in Niskayuna |
| 259 | Allison McCartney | |
| 260 | Kate Hamlin | |
| 261 | Jane Alberts | Please preserve this wonderful Property! |
| 262 | Susan Cassella | Niskayuna does not need to add more retail space when existing sites are not being utilized. |
| 263 | Howard Fiedler | We surely do not need a strip mall replacing an attractive wooded area in the middle of an already congested area. |

| 267 | Judy Roraback | More Malls are not what is needed, there are enough in this area. More historical setting should not be removed from our area. Let's preserve our past so in the future our children have history to enjoy and see. |

| 271 | Janette Kaddo Marino | please don't include me in any spam mailings. thanks and good luck. whoever is working towards saving this is highly commended from a person who gets sick of the homogeneous country that is being developed. they can go by already zoned commercial property for their endeavor. |

| 275 | D.Clarke Dimond | Please think about this wanton destruction of both the structure and the surroundings--if the past is prologue, you have only to look to all of the similar strip malls/developments (e.g., Sch'dy's empty pharmacies) that have quickly failed ... |
| 276 | susan spring meggs | Having recently returned home to the Schenectady area for retirement, numerous times, while re-learning streets and places, the grounds of the Ingersoll home have been a peaceful gift. A green haven, I could pull in, park, and study the map, rest a bit, and then go back into the dizzying world of signs and store-fronts on Rte. 5.
We want to protect our historic buildings and our green spaces. This is precious spot in our city has both. Building on the Balltown road side will create more traffic pollution and danger, however, as a compromise, that's preferable to destroying the beauty of the whole site. Thank you. |

| 279 | Jeanne M. Hagerty | Please no more malls. Fix the ones that Niskayuna already has. |
| 280 | Deborah Kreifels | |
| 281 | Katherine Scheib | We appreciate the history, the building and the green space. There are too many retail buildings - many empty- in our community already. |

| 285 | Sally Quinn | Please - we don't need any more sthres there and once committed, you can't go back. It's the most fabulous piece of property in this part of the county. |

| 287 | Cheri Hart | I think it's horrible to want to add more wasteful shopping space in such a beautiful, historical spot. We don't need more shopping or banking or anything, especially across the street from such a busy shopping area. Why not use the dead space in the huge plaza on Nott Street instead? |

| 292 | Steven Gustafson | I completely agree with the above petition. |
| 293 | Barbara Mancuso | We have retail space in Niskayuna that is unused. Perhaps we need to work on filling those spaces instead of destoying a truly historic home to build another CVS or strip mall. |
| 294 | Tom Mancuso | I will not be able to attend the meeting tonight due to a conflict with my daughters concert at school. However I feel strongly that Niskayuna does not need anotherr stip mall. I live down the street from St. James Plaza, a largely vacant strip mall. It would be tragic to destroy this green space and allow the St. James to remain vacant. |

| 297 | Arthur Patane | You can not teach children about our history by pointing to a retail strip. It took almost two hundred years to age this unique site, it should be honored and protected for those who come after us. |
| 298 | JEANNE M MONTONE | |
| 299 | Margaret Langelier | It is important the we respect and preserve the history and resources of our town. Commercial development of this property is unnecessary! |
