813 tracyemcreviston/klasseni strongly agree to this important matter.i cant even correspond,or recieve phone calls from my husband reguarding our child together due to parole and idoc rules. thats a bunch of B.S they need to change some of these so called rules you have my vote.
814 Carolyn KaplanI believe that it is awful that it costs so much to be able to communicate with our family members many of them are so far away that iy would cost more than we can afford so hearing them is so important

822 mary jacksonyes,I agree something has to be done about this .My son has been detained in the cook county correction center for two weeks and i have wasted over $250.00 in phone call, just trying to make sure that hes ok.These companys or taking advantage of us all,and someone needs to stop them.

824 AnonymousI think all those families that have paid the ridiculous rates - IDOC should reimburse the inmates, families, land oved ones 50% of the costs in which families have incurred. As a taxpayer, a portion of my taxes already support the prison, and I should not be accessed exorbitant and often prohibitive costs associated with the cost of speaking with my locked up loved one. Additionally, the state already gets funds for the cost of housing an inmate annually,
