| 938 | Misty Frazier | My childrens dad was in Randolph County jail recently... In order for him to call him children I had to set up a prepaid account. Which the calls were extremely high to the point I could barely keep it were he could call home. The connection fee was 2.90 and .26 cents every minute.. I also had problems with making payments the audimated system would decline my card payments then I would have to make it thru western union which would take up to 24 hrs to apply to my account.. That was thru Ever Com correctional billing.. The worst part of it was they prolly made 2,000 dollars from the calls and I still got the run around everytime I tried to make a payment or it would block my line after 1 day of calls.. And they would require another 50 dollar payment to unblock it... |
