—It is time to put an end to this policy: It has been over 30 years now, and it is time to inform your government that this is an unacceptable policy. If you do not tell your government officials that their policy is unacceptable they will continue to delay for as long as they can….

Just ask them (your government officials)why? Can they give you a reasonable answer?
