Important ammendment to U.S Fderal Law

The current age limit,set by congress, to join the U.S. Military,or crossover from the reserves is age 35.This is unfair to all reservists who desire to crossover into active duty to serve our beloved country better. This must be ammended to age 45. The mandatory retirement age is 55. It must be changed to age 65. This would allow more members of the reserves and National Guard to crossover into active duty and help prevent a draft.For those of us who are over the age of 35, there is requirement of 5 years of active Federal service. This must also be ammended. Once anyone becomes a member of any military component,they are obligated by Federal and military law to serve in the same manner as the main component(active duty component).Please sign this petition and contact your U.S Congressperson to ammend this Federal Law.
