Opening Hours: Hove Sorting Office

The petition

We the undersigned call on Royal Mail to extend the opening hours of its Hove Sorting Office, which provides a vital parcel collection service to local residents.

We consider the existing opening hours of 7.30am to 1.30pm during weekdays, and 7.30am to 12pm on Saturdays, to be inflexible, particularly for working people.

We request that improved opportunities to collect parcels are introduced. Specifically we request new, longer opening hours to include weekday evenings and longer opening times during weekends.

We further request that Royal Mail improves its service to people by working to reduce long queues at busy times.
