64 Jennifer KatesThe need for affordable housing in the city is stark. Philadelphia has seen an incredible amount of building, encouraged by such incentives as ten-year tax abatements for new construction. Some portion of this activity must be directed towards insuring that there are available places to live accessible to average Philadelphians. With this city having a rising poverty rate, among the worst in the nation, and a dauntingly long waiting list for PHA housing, it is time for the city government to intervene. Please pass the inclusionary zoning bill drafted by the Campaign for Housing Justice. Thank you, Jennifer Kates

69 Tracey L. GordonIts quite unbelievable how high the cost of buying a home in this City has become. I am afraid that my children will not live the dream of being able to buy a home in the City they were brought up in. It seems to me that the powers that be are trying to turn this City into a resort for the "Has's and the "as Nots" which mean if you can't afford a 100K+ and up price of a "row house" pack up and leave!

80 Maria A. KennedyThe city is in dire need of inclusionary housing. low income, seniors, and those in dire poverty in this city are generally ignored when it comes to entitlement . It is about time that they are given the options they need to have decent, affordable housing and access to the services affluent people enjoy.
81 Fran HazamLet's ensure that all of Philadelphia's citizens have a home and only persons with a housing emergency spend the night in a shelter. Build affordable housing NOW! Inclusionary zoning is a first step to affordable housing for all Philadelphians,

84 Laura CasillasPlease provide increased housing options that are affordable to low to middle income families. Create incentives for developers to invest in our communities in the long term. Pass an inclusionary housing ordinance.
85 Corinne ThatcherOther cities and states are way ahead of Philadelphia in requiring affordable housing--we must catch up!!
