| 1 | Jennine Miller | Please include the lowest income Philadelphians! This bill must be inclusionary, not exclusionary! |

| 4 | Daniel Hunter | It is high time to use the housing "boom" to protect Philadelphians from the ills of gentrification. If we must subsidize rich developments, the least they can do is give back a little. |

| 13 | Seth Anderson-Oberman | As a long time resident of Philadelphia I am very concerned about the lack of affordable housing in this city. The cost of everything is going up - but wages stay the same. We need more reasonable housing options for poor and working people, now! |

| 20 | Jeannine S Missaoui | Bringing up the fortunes of all Philadelphia residents by ensuring affordable housing gives us a bigger income tax base to support our great city with, and more disposable income to support local businesses with - Affordable & accessible housing for all just plain makes (dollars &) sense/cents!
Thank you!

I'm one of those who were scamed in 1997and left with paying a house that I paid 13,,000 cash for and the men who scamed me kept the 19,000 which turned into now a 48,000 loan that has never went down .
Keep fighting for people like myself a senior ,can't pay for house 50%of my income is left behind now .Forclosures are on the rise as we die leaving nothing to our children .Thanks . |
