Honor Rissa Amen-Reif

The petition

Rissa Amen-Reif passed away tragically very early Sunday morning, the 18th of November. She was a senior at Minnesota State University, Mankato and was graduating in the spring. This was suggested to me Professor Pedro Thomas and I believe it is the right course of action. I wish to do my part and show the school just how much everyone wants to see this happen.
