C-002 and/or I32 Hiphone firmware & software Support!!

We at hiphonepro.com and many other consumers who have purchased the CECT i32 Hiphone at the average price of $250.00 Feel that the phone is buggy and lacks the phone Firmware and software support needed.The ads circulating specificaly promise handsfree speakerphone,Java,Games and other things not included and theres no software to support this.The sim button will not even recognise a simcard when one is in the phone and theres not even a sure way to setup the internet and is yet to work for this brand phone as well as the ads state the media player is Mp4 and it only plays 3gp and even 3gp videos do not have sound at times.

We the above who have purchased the CECT i32 C-002 Hiphone Demand support for and not only including the applications we were originaly promised in the advertisments but also full 100% support for firmware upgrades and future software.

If this is not taken seriously we will asume that the sale of this item was to make a quick dollor and we the consumers have been cheated out of our money and as a result will make every effort to let this be known to any future consumer who wishes to purchase the item.
