We the undersigned demand the immediate resignation of the Chair of the PEC (professional executive committe - Dr Grewal) and the Chair of the LMC (Local Medical Committee - Dr Jowett) following their abuse of the patient deregistration process. Following a recent Parliamentary Ombudsman decision of the illegality of their actions this calls into question their fitness to maintain their current postion as Chairs of these respected professional panels. Both Dr's partners of the Medical Centre THe Green West Drayton have been professionally compromised by their actions.

Following the deregistration of a ocal family from the Medical Centre the Green West Drayton, following the making of a legitimate complaint, this petition has been created to demand accountability for the Partners of this medical practice. Following a Parliamentary Ombudsman report (MAR2008) in which the deregistration has been cited as 'INJUST', we believe they should no longer have the ability to influence policy in the Hillingdon PCT area. Hence the resignation as Chairs of two key committees is being demanded. When the deregistration of a patient is abused by such professionals it calls into question their ability to act in the interest of the patient and the local community they serve.
