| 51 | Anonymous | I am the parent of a service user in Stevenage and am totally opposed to the cuts in mental health in Herts. Incompetence in budgeting within the regional health authority should not affect this Mental health trust which was within budget. |

| 60 | Anonymous | This is a disgrace that the people who count numbers rather than people have created and now want to resolve by hurting still more people. |

| 62 | Stella Mitchell | I have a son who has suffered from a mental health problem. He had help & is now studying at Kings College.Without help from eg Community Team I don't know where he would be now-he attempted suicide. Please don't cut the help. Without help people will cost the NHS more in the long run. |

| 64 | T.Deane-Gray | Mental health is vital service and withdrawal will have implications for society as a whole |
| 65 | Tim Sharp | How can we possibly provide decent services under these circumstances. Herts Partnership is a Trust that managed its finances well - why should it be in the firing line for cuts ? |
| 66 | Louise Denholm | Please save the DAS/Department of Clinical Psychology, Watford, Herts and stop the mental health cuts in general. |
| 67 | Anonymous | As the mother of a 17 year old suffering from depression and OCD, I am particularly concerned at the proposed reduction in CMHT posts.
The idea that those suffering from a "common mental health problem" could be excluded seems completely irrational and likely to result in service users suffering these very distressing conditions for prolonged periods which may of course result in their ending up with "an enduring and severe mental health problem". |
| 68 | Anonymous | Hi
I have suffered from mental health problems for over ten years and have been recieving proffessional help for two, this help has, without a doubt saved my physical and mental health and also my life several times over and i was shocked to hear about the cuts to the mental health budget. These systems are already understaffed and there is not enough money put into this system without £5 million being taken out.

| 69 | Lucy Gripton | Adequately funded mental health services are vital in reducing suicide rates and can make a huge difference to the lives of both sufferers and their families. These cuts could result in significant loss of life. |
| 70 | Cllr. Rabi Martins | It is a disgrace that this government feels able to continue to attack public services that hurt the most vulnerable people in our communities whilst potecting the interests of profiteers from the private sector by pushing forward PPP |

| 73 | Cllr Sheila Smillie | I find these cuts unbelieveable in this day and age. we are going back in time, not caring for those who need these kind of services. What is this country coming to under this goverment. |
| 74 | Cllr Ken Brodhurst | The mental health service needs more funding not less, it’s disgraceful to even consider reducing funds for this vital service.

| 89 | Anonymous | The trust has always been financially prudent and lived within its budget. It is just unfair that it must pick up the tab for other (profligate) organisations. |
| 90 | Mrs J Green | Money should be injected into mental health, the decline in mental health care over the past 20 years is disgraceful. How many people are out in society that are a danger to themselves & others? |
