We, the undersigned, petition you to fire Sean Hannity as a network talk show host or as host of campaign documentaries.
This year is a critical election year as our nation is being threatened by numerous threats at home and abroad.
Sean Hannity and Fox News have been entrusted with providing accurate information especially within documentaries. It is important that the electorate make a wise and informed decision this year in selecting the next president.
"Barack Obama: History of Radicalism" is an unsubstantiated attack on Senator Obama's character based on the accusations of a recognized anti-Semite, Andy Martin.
Quoting Ari from Oxdown Gazette:
"On Sunday night Hannity ran a special report, “Barack Obama: History of Radicalism.”
And who was one of the primary sources for the story? None other than Andy Martin. The same Andy Martin who
“who takes credit for posting the first article to assert that the Illinois senator was a Muslim”
The same Andy Martin who
wrote that Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL), whom he called "one of the most racist politicians in America today," has "locked the grandmother who actually raised him away in a closet," adding: "[T]he 'segregation' of Madelyn Dunham, Obama's white grandmother, and only real grandmother, has to be one of the cruelest and most mendacious political kidnappings this nation has ever seen.
The same Andy Martin who,
“ran as a Democrat for Connecticut's 3rd Congressional District seat under the name "Anthony R. Martin-Trigona," his campaign committee filed papers saying its purpose was to "exterminate Jew power in America and impeach U.S. District Court of Appeals judges in New York City."
And that wasn’t his only anti-Semitic outburst:
In a New York bankruptcy case, he referred to a judge as a "crooked, slimy Jew." During the bankruptcy dispute, he filed a civil-rights lawsuit claiming Jewish bankruptcy judges and lawyers were conspiring to steal his property. He asked a court to bar "any Jew from having anything to do with plaintiff's property."
In another motion in the case, he wrote: "I am able to understand how the Holocaust took place, and with every passing day feel less and less sorry that it did, when Jew survivors are operating as a wolf pack to steal my property."
Yes, Sean Hannity uses as a source, a person who understands “how the Holocaust took place.”"
To provide Sean Hannity with license to spread these attacks, and by association with Andy Martin, anti Semitic views is an attack on our democracy and at minimum requires that Sean Hannity be removed from the air.
