| 451 | Jamie | Carruthers | US | Do not dismiss Pete again. He should be in with the other Beatles. Although Ringo was the right decision as the band moved forward, Pete was one of the originals and contributed more than Stuart did. |
| 452 | MICHAEL | SCARLETT | US | MY BAND THOUSAND POUNDS
OPENED FOR PETE A WHILE
BACK. HIS BAND EVEN BORROWED MY AMPLIFIER
WHEN THEIRS BROKE.
I
WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT
PETE IN ANY WAY I CAN.
I FOUND HIM TO BE VERY VERY COOL. |

| 463 | Gordon | Bates | US | Pete Best deserves to be included in the The Beatles Hamburg Statue. All, including Pete and Stu Sutcliffe were very 'instrumental' in the molding of the greatest band that ever graced the planet. To leave Pete out would be a travesty, and would definitely be another slap in the face to him as well. He was there through the hard times coming up, and surely deserves his place along with the rest of the band. |

| 466 | David | Bailey | CA | Fair is fair my friends. Stu Sutcliffe wasn't even in the Beatles at the same time as Ringo so to put Ringo and Stu in while ignoring Pete Best really doesn't make any sense.
Please do the right thing.

| 468 | Rick | Ward | US | To not include Pete Best would be a complete falsification of historical fact. He was their drummer during the Hamburg Years period...!!! |
| 469 | Fernando | Lopez | AR | Pete Best deserves to be in the statue as an equal member of the Beatles, even more than Ringo in this case. |
| 470 | Gus | Bourgeois | US | No offense, but the decision to include Pete is a no-brainer. Do the right thing. |

| 472 | Eduardo | Gozalo | PE | It seems fair to me to include Pete Best in the statue, instead of Ringo (I'm almost sure that Ringo would agree with me about it) |

| 481 | Simon | Murray | UK | I'm fully supportive of the basic tenet of this petition, of course Pete should be in a statue of the Pre-Fab Beatles, but the comment,"You have seen fit to include Stuart Sutcliffe in the sculpture, yet Mr. Sutcliffe left the band more than a year before Mr. Best", apart from being over formal, gives an air almost of why is Stu included. Stuart was a far more integral part of the initial forming of the Beatles, indeed he gave them the name! Pete was always a bit of an outsider. Having said that, yes Pete must be included in the statue. |
| 482 | steve | lambert | US | Yes, how could you leave Pete Best out? I agree, you should include all members - this part history would be incomplete as well as incorrect! |

| 486 | Gordon | Bates | UK | There’s no denying that Ringo Starr is the Beatle drummer most of the world recognizes, but ask anyone who remembers the Beatles during those days and they say it was Pete who stood out even while he sat at his drum kit, behind the others. We feel it’s a huge disservice to deny him his rightful spot in the Hamburg sculpture. |
| 487 | Patricia | Bates | US | You cannot rewrite history. Pete was there in the beginning and deserves to be in the statue. |

| 497 | Morten | Gimnes | NO | Pete is a natural part of the very early Beatles. He should be a part of the statue. |
| 498 | Rebecca | McCaa | US | Pete was one of the original Beatles. He helped carry them through the many gigs in Britain and Hamburg. He, not Ringo, should be in this statue!!! |
