We have lost all confidence in the Minister for Health, Mary Harney, and we urge the Government to rethink its position on Health and evaluate properly the consequences for the people of Ireland of their privatisation and centralisation policy.

The HSAG is a Voluntary Group representing Hospital Action Groups from threatened hospitals around the country. Its aim is to conduct a campaign to get the Government to change its current policy in relation to small hospitals and to implement a reform package which will provide equal and necessary access to people despite geographical location or ability to pay.
