| 556 | Cheryl Murray | We have a responsibility to protect the character of the Heights, and to ensure that it does not suffer the same fate as Rice Military. |

| 558 | Bill Lyons | Very sad. We will look back someday and regret that we destroyed this city all in the name of high density housing and a few extra dollars profit. |
| 559 | Anne Goldsmith | I hope that the city council and other elected officials and their appointees will remember that they serve the residents of many historic neighborhoods and listen to our voice, not just the voice of developers. |
| 560 | J. Michael Stovall | I'm just about ready to move to a city that loves it's history more than property tax. |

| 562 | Anne Stovall | I see my Gostick Heights neighborhood changing from the cute Bungalow neighborhood I moved into 5 years ago to it being overtaken by Tricon buying up 3 lots and cramming 6 ugly, poorly built and designed, they don't match the houses in our neighborhood and are monstrosities! It is so sad that the mayor doesn't want to protect the last Historical treasure of Houston! |
| 563 | Robin Jungnickel | Being a resident of Frasier street, here in the Heights, I am very concerned about this decision as we underwent the arduous process of filing and procuring our own Prevailing Lot application. I would hope that the City of Houston would be true to it's word and honor any Prevailing Lot applications that have gone through this process and have been approved.

| 564 | Michael Jungnickel | My neighborhood worked hard to get under the protection these ordinances are supposed to ensure. It is unbelievable that the city created a loophole to undo the integrity preserving ordinances it put in place!
A commission makes recommendations, not policy! |
| 565 | Denise Batchelor | This is crazy! How are we supposed to preserve history in this city when the government that is supposed to protect is only interested in allowing developers to come in and destroy the years and years of history! Wake up Houston Planning Commision, the next condo may be built on your block and next door to you!! |
| 566 | Scott C. Pope | The spirit of the law is just as important as the letter of the law. |

| 574 | Mary Lippman | Why does the Planning Commission continue to ignore setback ordinances and allow multi-family constructruction in residential areas? Tax base or kick backs? While cities need to accomodate the needs of the population, this commission seems to accomodate builders and ignore the realities of infrastructure and quality of life. After years of Kirby being used to bypass 59, our neighborhood will now contend with an additional +1500 cars their approval of multi-family/use new construction will impose within a 4 block radius at Kirby and Westheimer. Can we vote these people out of office? |

Please preserve and conserve our resources of all types. |

| 596 | Craig Anthony Thomas | It almost passes human understanding how the Planning Committee members can ignore their own rules to approve the building of condos on lots with clear limitations. The commission should be abolished and re-established with members who will abide by the letter and intent of the commission's mandate. |
