the use of marijuana i extreamly high. the government never thought that youth do it cause it is against the law. to show their friends and buddies they can be bad too.but if it was legalized then they would have no reason to look cool in front of friends girl friends team mates, and everyone who they try to impress. so leagalize it and i can almost promise u that the youth rate will drop dramatically. the youth to day finds fun in illegal activity. drug dealing leads to guns knife, and death. so whom ever this may concern please take a long hard thought about it before making your discision cause i may not be the chairmen of the board , but like they say a convick would make a better cop the a clueless man just looking to make money. cause the convick will know what where and when to look for it. these cops don't even have a clue. they end up at the right place at the right time. that is what i call a lazy a$$ worker. but who am i, i am the one who sitts back and watches it fall down. and who do i blame. THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. but if any thinig thanks ofr the freedom of speach cause the words written has made it clear enough for any intellegent / or non itellegent person"s"could clearly understand my points. thank you for your time
