| 401 | Diamantina L. Cruz | I support the efforts to ensure our returning military personnel receive the much needed treatment for injuries both physical and emotional...we must never forget that it is because of their hard work and sacrifices that we are able to celebrate Easter 2007. |

| 405 | Anonymous | I'm interested to see what is going on, I'm a Gulf War Veteran from the 1st time : Sept 1990 - May 1991, then the 2nd time : Jan 1992 - July 1992.
Also I do not believe all the things that the US Government and the VA is telling the Gulf War Veterans like Vietnam War, about agent orange.
They want the veterans to die, so they do not have pay or treat the soldiers for their service to our country like Vietnam.
I had to many Family members & Friends who died from Agent Orange in Vietnam that DO NOT receive Health Care or Benefits, because Agent Orange WAS NOT disease, they died before there were benefits for this Cancer - Agent Orange was being treated.
During the Gulf War my soldiers/ drivers toke pictures of the oil fires, I have these pictures at my home in Clarksville, TN. Where we were doing our mission SURVEYING for all Units within a ridus 75 miles, our unit was Divarty Headquaters supporting the 1st & 2 nd & 3rd 320th Battilions of Field Artillery - 101st Airborne from Ft. Campbell, KY, and also all coilation countries in this location.
So we were within 10 - 20 miles near this site. Where the US used explosives to destroy a large ammunition depot at Khamisiyah in southern Iraq. I can not remember the exect date it was on, but I know it happen in March 1991, I think in the middle of the month, and also dead Iraqi soldiers in Iraq & also in Kuwait.
Sincerely,
Maurice L. Monserez

Since our liberty, and your livelyhood are paid for by the blood of these men and women; and whereas our military is voulentary, this is no less than their due reward. To deny these basic services is to deny the value or their service, and dishonors our nation. |

| 440 | Maynard Claycomb | I hope this helps. I came home from the Persian Gulf and spent many years hiding my personnel medical problems. I have since passed the 7 year mark for Multiple Sclerosis and am being told that I am to blame for my problems, even though the doctors usually said that problems I was experiencing, were due to getting older. How bad would I be feeling now if that were true. How many people really feel lethargic and pain in various places of their bodies. |
