If the children were left unaddended and the three year old was not in here bed on checking then surely the first reaction would be to search for her assuming she'd woken up (in an unfamiliar location) and had wandered to find her parents? To automatically assume she'd been kidnapped seems irrational and with all the DNA possibilities of matching a dead Madelaine, the hype from Gerry McCann until thankfully stopped by the Portugeuse Police, all seems OTT for genuinely grieving parents who have nothing to hide. Very suspicious and to keep searching for a missing child as if she were abducted is, to my mind, 'ludicrous'. |

From day 1 until now the more i see of them and read of them, the more i feel they are "guilty" of something. My friends son was abducted in Ireland 5yrs ago from his garden where he was playing with 3 other children - the parents, family, everybody in the town searched day and night, the parents kept a vigil on the pier, beaches every night, it was pitiful -they were wrecked from pain/lack of sleep/helplessness, etc. No high-ranking politicians, popes, celebs, private jets, websites to help them. Just a small appeal in the national paper was all they got. So, what is it with the McCanns? What singles them out from the countless other parents of children that go missing every year? The media coverage they get sickens me. I hope the Portuguese police and forensics comes up with the answers. I pray for Madeleine and what she went through on that dreadful evening. |

Whats getting to me more now is the fact the McCanns are threatening to sue this one, that one and the other one. One million quid. Is that all Madeleine was to them? Money signs? Geez my kids are priceless....
I also want to know what the British police and social services are doing about this. As far as I see, nothing. They should have been arrested and questioned about what happened that night. Social services should swoop and take those kids for safety reasons. What happened to the 'we'll sell our house - so will family members' quote? Instead they use money which was meant to pay for investigators to go find her. They've done nothing in the search for Madeleine. Setting balloons off and hiring pipers won't find their daughter - its just another way of getting attention. Something should be done about this because by God, many others will pull this scam if the McCanns get away with it! Wake up British cops and smell the coffee. Get those two into custody and question them yourselves instead of sitting back and doing nothing. I'm mad as hell these two are technically getting away with murder. They may not have done it themselves but by neglecting them that night, they are basically to blame for her disappearance... |

I hope this works because as far as I see, it's a clear case of negligence. Not only by the parents of Madeleine but also by the Tapas 7. They all admitted leaving their children alone on May 3rd, especially the doctor who's child was 'sick' that night. He admitted leaving the child and going back to the tapas bar. What parent in their right (sober) mind would leave a sick child in their appartment without adult supervision!? This is NOT the way of the British people and I take offence at CM's quote in the Sky News website that 'many British parents do this'. I have never, and will never, leave my children on their own. This lot need the book thrown at them and I hope the neglect case gets maximum attention.I would urge everyone to support the lawyer who is trying to bring the case to court
Also of course this website we need max exposure if this case is to be solved. Team McCann from the start had the plan in place Media People etc. Why ?not to find maddie but to avoid them being sent to prison
