| 356 | Karsten Reimers | Hello dear Grindel cinema owners, der Grindel englih movie audience,
I would like to contribute my signature amitting I haven't been a frequent user of the enlish ovies preview nights or the screening within the standard weekly time table. Watching films in their original languages gave some very fine memories to my mind. So please get lots of new supporters within the english-speaking and/or english-understanding communities in Hamburg for your very special cinema screenings in the near and farer future. |

| 358 | Anonymous | Im am a student studying in hamburg from australia. and what can I say besides grindel is the only cinema i get to go to the movies and watch a good film in english. how can you not show the movies in their original recording its definatly the best way to watch a movie. if I watch a german movie then i want to watch it in german not with english speakers. |

| 360 | shona ffrench | í think its a great disappointment and diservice to hamburg to stop showing orginal films in english...films get lost in translations, actors voices are part of their presents in the role.i truely believe grindle kino has a relaxed atmosphere and a charm which will be lost.sneak-preview in itself has created a wounderful community.i personally go every monday, meet freinds for food, then the cinema, followed by relaxed drinks.i no longer can do this if they stop showing english films.logically if they stop showing english films some other cinema will. they will lose their customers as there is a demand to watch english films that are made the way the makers intended.please please dont!!! |
| 361 | Kristian | please keep the english movies! |
| 362 | Anonymous | So..where we can go !!! ? It is a pitty and whyyyyyyyy |
| 363 | Anonymous | Please don't close it down!!! I luv the cinema!! |
| 364 | Liron | As an English speaker in Hamburg, Grindel UFA has helped me stay connected to movie releases and watch them in the language they were intended to be viewed in. This is a wonderful service, please don't underestimate the loyalty of your English-speaking crowd. |
| 365 | Anonymous | Keep the English movies in Hamburg! |
| 366 | Anonymous | I think we've all sat in a nearly empty theater so it's not difficult to understand the economics of the decision. Regardless, it would be a shame.
I think a solution might include a smaller venue, more centrally located, to host OF blockbusters. |

| 369 | Anonymous | you can only really appreciate a film's dynamic and story when told in the original language. To stop showing films in English is absolutely senseless and short sighted on behalf of those making this proposal. |
| 370 | Anonymous | Think of us as well. We are the many tourist that enjoy your beautiful city again and again. We like to go to the movies there as well, something that our busy lives do not allow us to do at home. Thanks a bunch!!! |
| 371 | david hills | Hamburg is an international city and has more than enough restaurants supermarkets and places of residence, It has one cinema playing original films, It Beggars belief that the people of Hamburg can watch a film dubbed into german does this not spoil the whole point of filmmaking?, If i want to watch a german movie then i would want to see it in german and not dubbed into chinese

| 373 | Schwarz, Barbara | We have to suffer enough dubbed films in this country. So it is particularly appreciated by some of us to watch films in original version. Keep the good work up. |

| 376 | Dirk Bossmann | I would be very sorry to see my local cinema die, especially as it is the only place in Hamburg where one can watch or should I say hear English original versions. |
| 377 | Khokhar | This would be a big loss for us forigners who enjoy the movies much more in the original English language.
Personally I would never go to Movie where I wouldn't get Will Smith in his original voice :-)) |
