Ronald E. Frank von Frankenstein, Building Official, Plans Examiner, Building Inspector of Town of Howey in the Hills, and President, Progressive Inspections, Inc., has caused severe delays and financial harm to the towns people, contractors, and developers of Howey in the Hills and surrounding areas. His lack of experience and knowledge of construction, and "Napoleon" ego, has harassed many homeowners and contractors. This Petition is brought forth to stop his insubordination and malicious actions. |
