With this petition we are demanding that the Board of Trustees at Penn State University take whatever actions are necessary to terminate Joe Paterno and his staff from the employee of Penn State University. Joe Paterno is directly responsible and accountable for the failure of the football program. He is responsible for the coaches on his staff. He selected the coaches on his staff and the football program is now at an all time low. Paterno and his staff have led the football program to the worst record in school history. In the last five seasons four have been losing with the past two seasons producing a record of only seven wins and sixteen losses one of which being the worst in school history. It is reprehensible for the board of trustees, president Graham Spanier and athletic director Timothy Curley let the Penn State football program continue to decline by not taking action to fire Joe Paterno and his staff. Everyone who goes to a football game, watches on televi!
sion and is an alum of the university is a shareholder in this organization. We deserve better and as shareholders demand to have a voice. We in this petition are demanding the immediate termination of Joe Paterno and his staff from the employee of Penn State University. |

Paterno leads Penn State to record number losses...
Penn State has had four losing seasons in the past five years. Paterno led the Nittany Lions over the past two seasons to only seven wins and sixteen losses.
In Big 10 Conference play Penn State last season had two wins and six losses.
