| 22 | Franco deBono | i strongly agree that Xemxija will have, at last, its own Local council, so that finally we will have peace of mind, security and better service to the community.... |
| 23 | Helen Caruana Galizia | I am overjoyed to see this website and thank you for what you are doing and will achieve. From a founder member of Flimkien Ghal-Ambjent |
| 24 | Jeandelavallette | People of Xemxija can put pressure on a number of local counsils and ministers, especially considering the importance and influence of some people living there. Having own local counsil doesn't mean being able to have one's own way. Some people have power and others don't. That's what will ultimately decide the issue.
Thanks |

| 26 | Manuel De Vilhena | You can have power over people as long as you don't take everything away from them. But when you've robbed a man of everything, he's no longer in your power.
GOT IT JEAN DE LA VALETTE ? |
| 27 | Anonymous | Having recently been to Malta (and being a "foreigner"), I would agree that there is too much development already going on where non needed. And maybe consentration extended to exisiting properties would be more beneficial and to leave the Maltese Communities to they own historical surroundings. Just a thought, since the tourist trade is a major part of the revenue for the Island, would it be a negative plan to build these sort of properties and lose the history of the towns and villages, being the main reason why people visit from abroad and maintain the economy??? |
