| 207 | Paula Bandy | Please do not return these defenseless animals to live again in such deployable conditions. You have to speak for them because they can't speak for themselves, do the right thing and get them new homes !!! |
| 208 | Darlene Therrien | |
| 209 | Betty Jean Herner | Do not award this woman the custody of these animals. She is not a responsible person.
This is insane for this woman to have any animals |

| 213 | Bronwell Bond | I respectfully request that you consider seriously the requests of this petition. I am a dog rescuer and know quite well what will likely happen to these dear souls if put back with one who has demonstrated an inability to properly care for their lives. |

| 220 | Anonymous | These animals have feelings too! Living in their own feces is unexceptable! Having over 60 animals is too much for one person to handle. If you want this owner to have a animal that let her have no more than 2 or 3 back but 60 is nuts! Take it from me (I'm a veterinary assistant), I have 6 animals and sometimes it's difficult to remember who is due for vet care, who needs to go outside for walks, and who needs to be feed and have their water changed, etc. Not only that but it's very expensive to have so many animals. I once read that if a dog lived for 12 years and was properly cared for it would cost 12,000 in it's lifetime! It is impossible for one person to handle 60 pets. PLEASE I beg that you think very carefully about these animals because their lives are in YOUR HANDS! |

| 228 | Patricia VanDerveer | To return these animals to the person who is responsible for these horrible conditions will definitely endanger them again. She has proven she is not concerned with their proper care. PLS. DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN!! |

| 233 | Gayle Moore | This is just hard to believe that any human being would give helpless, defenseless animals back to such a cruel & heartless owner, when it has been proven by so many that the owner has purposely neglected and abused these poor animals.
This is truly a horrifc act by a judge. |
| 234 | Lisa Bouchard | Absolutely disgusting that these poor animals would be sent back to that person. |

| 237 | Betty Olsen | I find it inconceivable that any dogs were returned to Ms.Hughes, a known puppy miller. Your State should be doing all it can do rid itself of these terrible places and the horrible conditions in which the dogs are forced to live, not encouraging millers like Ms.Hughes to continue making money from the misery of the animals.
Shame on you.... |
| 238 | Meg Francoeur | Please reconsider. As a rescuer of unwanted dogs, to return these defenseless animals back to such barbaric conditions is inhumane! |
| 239 | Lacey Mastroberte | I find it deplorable that a judge would give any animals back to this obvious abuser |
| 240 | Donna Fry | Don't let Ms. Hughes get away with grave injustice! She is obviously NOT a pet lover, so it is nothing short of animal cruelty to give the animals back to her...so that she can neglect them all over again. Don't enable her in her criminal acts! Let real justice prevail and make Ms. Hughes pay for her crimes. |
| 241 | Mrs. Barbara P. Turner | I absolutely abhor any individual who treats animals in this way! People like her are monsters and should never be allowed to adopt or be in control of any animal ever again! Why on earth people cannot simply go by the county ordinances where they live and abide by the number limit of animals per species is beyond me and incomprehensible.
To the Judge in this case: Clearly if you allow the return of even one of these poor abused animals back to that woman, I would have to wonder about your own sanity! And I can only say to you that if you do allow even one back in her care, then I hope you can sleep at night!
People like her should be locked away! Those were innocent animals and did NOT deserve the way she treated them. Throw her in jail immediately and let her live in a cage for a very long long time!

| 242 | Cathy Shelley | Previously living in your county, I know you can be progressive enough to ensure this case will be prosecuted to the fullest extent & none of these animals will be returned to her. And, she will be unable to ever possess a dog again.
With my deepest concern for the helpless. |
| 243 | Amanda Waugaman | I think this is absolutely horrible . . . animals deserve to live under much better conditions with someone that cares for them! |

| 246 | Rhonda Thurman | God gave us animals and vice versa. With that goes with the responsibility of care which all you have to do is to take time to look at these poor animals and you are going to give them back. I ask God to please help in finding a lawyer that can help as wrong is wrong. R.T. R.N. |
