A Matter Of Family, Keeping The Promise

This petition is to reopen a CPS case against my stepmom for attacking my younger brother.And leaving him permently disabled with Epilespy.I need this petiton to get my nephew, who lives with her currently, out of her home.This petition is to be delivered to the Brazos County DA's office in Bryan, Texas. Hopefully the petition will be submitted before Christmas of 2004. I do believe in Santa Claus.

I am alone in submitting this petition. Sadly my family is divided on this issue. But I know wrong when I see it. I loved my stepmom, and still do. But I will not let her hurt another child again. She is basically a good woman. A strong woman in her own right. But as a mom, she falls short. I stood up for her when no one else would. I was critized for it deeply. This eats at my very heart. But I maybe the only one who can protect my nephew now. I just pray this petition will be complete before anything happens to my nephew. It is too late for my brother, but it is not too late for my nephew.
