THE ISSUE: Lawmakers plan to repeal the FRANK Initiative... approved by 77% of Alaskan voters in 1994... TAKING AWAY your RIGHT TO KNOW and your RIGHT TO VOTE on the potential $4 BILLION legislature/capital move... to make sure it passes, the repeal is tied to this years Move the Capital Bill.
