HR Revamping at FIS

The petition

The following is a petition to request that Fidelity National Information Services Upper Management considers revamping or replacing the entire HR department. We feel that the individuals who are in this department have been overlooking the true role of Human Resources in the company.

Human Resources'purpose is to serve the needs of the company, the managers and the employees, to help THEM get the work done. A good human resources can be one of the most valued and respected departments in an organization; their job is people, and people are the companys most important asset.
