162	Jeff	There are numerous reports of many, if not all state DCF/CPS/ state agencies/ employees manufacturing false reports,filing false charges of abuse and or neglect against parents,for No Reasons other than to reap the rewards of federal funds via title IV et.al. and the incentives paid to each state for foster care,as well as bonus's for adoptions. It is No longer a secret that this is what each state performs via the assistance from family court,the judges,local therapist,psych. agencies who all are also reaping rewards from federal funds by submitting false reports,false documentation about a/the parent(s) they are going along for the ride. I always thought our government had great intentions of keeping families together because families are the fabric of this country.After being involved in family court since 2002 and seeing ,witnessing first hand what is going on with the abuse of federal funds as well as major abuse of federal laws all being performed by these so called state actors/ agencies/agents I can only say that I was Wrong about our government caring about families.The fabric of this country is being shredded on a Daily basis.An Investigation needs to start forthwith

My entire professional career for the past 20+ years has been in education as a state auditor/educator consultant. In being politically incorrect, for the sake of presenting the clear truth about Family law courts and judges, I have never seen such a fraudulent, unlawful and corrupt system in my life. It destroys the families and preys on the defenseless and innocent children. All the while, extorting substantial funds for their incompetent/fraudulent services. The have fraudulently, ex included, under the color of law, kidnapped my children, abused them, me and extorted about 200k+, which includes, recently, 130k cash that they have taken illicitly.(fraud) This does not include years of child support and alimony over the requirements. 180	Doretta	From the cradle to the grave? Is this what our forefathers wanted for this country? Government can't ever be expected to care for and raise a child. Only a loving family can. There will be those cases where children legitimately need protection, but unfortunately CPS goes to far in the persecution (yes, I meant persecution) in many cases of families doing their best to take care of their children. Have we lost the power of "we the people" to our government? Entitlements to those that bastardize the intent of protecting children should all be taken in front of the courts, unfortunately they are part of the problem too!

Criminals have Constitutional protections greater than the rights of parents to direct the upbringing of their own children. There is something very rotten about this line of thinking. 192	Robert	The family law court system in the Unitd States is a disgrace. The practice of fascist, McCarthyite, kangaroo courts is a clear violation of the United States Constitution. In California, violations of California State Statutes re family law and judges oaths of office are violated on a daily basis. There is no accountability, no responsibility and a complete lack of morality and integrity. The framers of the Constitution and the writers of the Talmud are turning over in their graves at the disgrace that we call family law! What are you going to do about it?
