On or about the middle week of 3/14/2005 my son was arestted on a warrent at my daughters apartment.The next day my daughter got a eviction notice(Lease Termination)My daughter has to girls ages 2 and 4.She has no job, no where to go.I feel that is unfair to my daughter and her two girls.On the first pairagraph of the lease it said;Tenants,any member of the tenant's household,or a guest or other person Under The Tenant's Control.Well whatever my son suposeably have done,my daughter had No Control over.Her brother does not live with her,he comes over and visits with his neices and his sister.He's 20 and my daughter is 23.Now tell me how is she supose to have control over him.She does'nt know what does.She can't control what he does,where he goes.If he lived with her I maybe could understand,but does'nt and never has.he is always in and out.Now he even won,t even come out to his sisters apartment,which I am sure he is not aloud out here.My daughter is going to fight this!I just beleave that she should'nt have to go through this,when had nothing to with whatever her brother did.My daughter and her two girls are innocent,so why punish them.
