| 203 | Mike Scheiber | As usual watching the Sieger videos was nauseating worse was watching our head of judges making a mockery of our Shepherds Good job Mark what a puppet.

I too am tired of the excuses that the show dog owners/handlers offer. If the dog has a Sch title then it should know the bite work. There should be no softening of the rules just because the dog is a conformation dog. A full bite is a full bite and out is out. Where is the pride in breeding dogs that can stand up to the standard? And where are the judges that have the integrity to hold the dogs to those standards? |

| 212 | Stephanie Mohr | There was no real test of the dogs' courage and fighting drive in the '08 Sieger Show, as well as many other shows. In fact, this embarrassing charade has been allowed to go on far too long... |

The emperor has no clothes. These dogs are ugly and do not have the structure or temperament of a dog that can actually work. Shame on everyone who promotes these show lines as German Shepherd Dogs. |

| 218 | Charlie Oren | No wonder there is such a difference between the working dog and show dogs. I quit going to the Sieger Show after watching a No# 2 female run out of the ring on the gunfire, judge, of course, had his back turned. Performance phase was pathetic!! |

| 228 | Al Skinner | What is a tool if it is not useful to man. Though ( to some ) its outer apparence is the only attribute ,then it has fallen far short of its mark . These concerns are the foundation of the breed. " For it is the foolish man that builds his house on the unstable sand" God help us maintain and protect God's creatures as he has made them. |

| 231 | wendy wise | Please make these changes for the betterment of our dogs as well as future German Shepherds. |
| 232 | Joyce Nichols #018952 | I have viewed the videos of the 2008 Seiger Show, and also attended 2007 NASS. The rules of Schtuzhund need to be applied consistently. If a dog comes off the sleeve, it is INS, no matter what the dogs name is, or what kennel it came from! We need to improve the breed, not place the weaker dogs on the podium. There are beautiful, conformation correct dogs, that are strong and secure that need to be showcased at the top. the "average joe" looking to get into schutzhund will search out progeny from the VA1 stud, thinking they are the best, lookwise and performance. This is sadly not the case in the United States. No wonder the divide exists between show lines and working lines when you go to a USA club. Sincerely, Joyce Nichols

| 233 | Steve Lino | This has been going on for years and it is critical to
put an end to it. These judges should be reported to the SV. and never be permitted to judge in the US again.
I'm not sure how to sign this petition. |
| 234 | leonard cheiaua | the clips from the 2008 Sieger Show seem to reflect inapt GSDs attempting to perform Sch... Hope next time judges will judge in a more fair way and provide the constructive feedback needed to present proper trained dogs. Most dogs in these clips seem to fail the basic obedience commands let alone advance SHC3 |

| 249 | Anonymous | I am not a member of the UScA , but a member of the WUSW and SV. Not because I have shown my dog * Wegos Kahler Heide and the judge DQ him. I have to wirte this comments to improve the judgement by the present rules. We have not to change the rules, but we have to look for a qualified judge and helpers.
The judgement we have seen at the USA Siegershow in San Jose was dicusting, unfair and incorrect. The first helper, with such little expierience should not even be in the tryout.
Fairness, correctness and expierience is very important in all kind of sports. My advise:
search for a fair and qualified judge and 2 helpers with excellent expierience and technic. |
