Emmett Rambo was falsely arrested for facilitation of sales of a control substance - telling someone where he or she can purchase drugs. Detective Bradley recanted his statement from the Police Report accusing Emmett Rambo of handing him the two off-white rock substances. This was not the only errors in the Police Report the case was not dismissed nor did the Judge declare a mistrial. Emmett will be sentence 3/24/08 for a crime he did not commit without a fair trial. The co-defendant who Detective Bradley said sold him the drugs received 1 and a half years in prison and she has been to prison 3 times before this case. Emmett has never been to prison. The Judge in Department 31 already said when Emmett return to his court he will be sentence to 9 years 4 months.Emmett will not have a trial with a jury.
