Delay Nov08 Election Until Barack Obama Natural Born Citizenship Proved

The petition

Dear President George W. Bush,

We, the undersigned electorate are hereby requesting that the Presidential Election scheduled for November 4, 2008 be postponed until the lawsuit Berg v. Obama Docket # 08-CV-4083 ; which was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, is adjudicated. This lawsuit alleges that Senator Barack H. Obama is not a natural-born citizen, and is therefore in violation of the natural-born citizen requirement, of the U.S. Constitution, for the Office of the President of the United States of America. We wish to avoid the Constitutional crisis and potential chaos that would ensue if Senator Obama is elected, and is proven ineligible to serve, because he is not a natural-born citizen.

This petition along with its signatures will be sent via Fed Ex to President Bush at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave Washington DC on Oct. 28, 2008
