Extend Taylors Ban

The petition

With reference to the injury in which Eduardo sustained by a tackle from Taylor, during the 2 - 2 draw between Arsenal, and Birmingham on February 23rd 2008, we feel that Taylor should be taken through disciplinary, with a view to his ban being extended.

The length of a ban upon recieving a red card, we feel, is not long enough for a tackle of this kind.

Despite Taylor stating that he didn't intend to injure Eduardo, we feel there was some intent, due to the height in which his foot was, compared to the ball. Upon reviewing the footage, we feel that it was too high to be going for the ball, and as a result, caused the injury, with minor intent.

We hope you will consider this petition, as a way of not only punishing Taylor, but also as a way of stamping your authority upon the game.
