Arlene G KruseYears ago years ago, I was threatened with bodily harm if I did not vote yes to unionization because someone found my name, address and phone number. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN.CA
Nick Daeger"freedom" we all should be able to have it.IN
AnonymousFurther, I am against any bill that does not allow for certifying that those voting in a union, or taking part in a union are US citizens. The unions need to stop supporting illegal immigrants under the guise of workers rights.IL
John JacksonThis is not a matter of pro life versus pro-choice. The Supreme Court voted to ban a particularly horrific procedure of abortion. Vote no on the "Freedom of Choice Amendment", or allow a procedure that is as grotesque as it is un-human. Senators and Congressmen, vote no on the Freedom of Choice Amendment, or when the next election cycle comes around, I and others like me will vote no to your continuing to stay in office.TX

David ChristensenThis bill is a FRAUD! And it is anti-American in the extreme. Criminals and the Mob control unions, do they now own Congress?NV
brian morelandThis is a veiled attempt by the unions to strongarm fellow employees through intimidation without the protection of secret ballot. I do not want to loose my job because the unions drive profitability of my company down. Please vot NO. Thank you.CA

Randy WallsThis bill is miss named, mis-leading and take away the right of those apposed to joining a union. It leaves it in the hands of an unscroupulous few to intimidate and do what ever they feel necessary to get the cards signed. If you want to creat a bill that will help the masses, begin taxing revenues that Union collect.IN
Nick PediconeDE
Bob SpletzerThe same procedure that is used to elect the officials in Washington, a private ballot election, should continue to be offered to American workers when making their choice about unionization. This fundamental right has been used for hundreds of years in our public elections and should continue to be used in union elections.MI

AnonymousI am a strong democrat, and I am all for fair labor practices; but this act goes to far. It takes away from the rights of workers and employers to only benefit union organizations. I am very much against the passage of this act. Unions should not have that much power.OR
AnonymousEmployees already have Free Choice - they are FREE TO LEAVE if they don't like their work or their employer. They are FREE to take responsibility for their own circumstances, stop whining & GET ANOTHER JOB!!NC

John L SmithThis the Unions way of trying to justify their wages through additinal membership. The American worker has decided that their hard earned money does not need to be spent on Union Dues but on things they can afford to buy like gasolineIL
AnonymousI strongly oppose the passing of the Employee Free Choice Act!!!!!!!!IL

shawn MarcottPlease vote to oppose the Employee Free Choice Act. This act is not an upfront way for Unions organize labor. There needs to be private ballot elections where employees can vote to either organize or to reject the union; not just sign a card where pressure and intimidation may become a factor. Please protect the right of the employee. Regards Shawn MarcottMN
Stacey DunnThis bill would be catastropic. How can something named "Free Choice" actually take away Americans' right to vote? Give people a voice?! This is the opposite!WA
William HammettI work for a fantastic grocery store that extends very comprehensive benefits to all employees for free. We are even able to vote on what benefits we want. The unions will say anything to get people to sign their cards, and are not held accountable for the lies they tell, preying upon the disadvanted and the ignorant. I can't believe that Congress would let them take away my freedom to choose my benefits in the name of "democracy." Shame on the unions, a once proud and honorable institution that exist now solely for profit.PA

Wanda ForbesAs a former employee of Wal-Mart, I want to say THANK YOU to them for trying to educate people aout this farce. I had not even heard about this " reform" until all the media outlets starting reporting on this. I have done research online and at the library yesterday and today and I am appalled at the way this "Free Choice Act" will actually take away employees choice. Wal-Mart and ALL businesses need to let their employees know about this pack of lies. And they are correct about the Democrats, if they win the election, Clinton AND Oama BOTH promised to work to get this passed and to sign this into law!NC
AnonymousEmployees tend to sign documents without first reading them. If this bill AGAINST employee freedom passes, I worry that our workers will "accidentally" obtain union representation because some of them didn't have a chance to get educated on the consequences of their signature.PA
Gary EisenbrandtPreserve the right to a "secret ballot" for all American workers in union elections. The Employee Free Choice Act is an insult to the American working class..CO
