| 601 | Barbara Moore | I prefer no development. The compromise would leave much of the forest so that is good. Perhaps a Boy Scout Eagle project could focus on repairing/upgrading the park? |
| 602 | Tom Davis | This is the last remaining green space in the Dr. Phillips area. If the foundation truely cares about the town named Dr. Phillips it will not try to degrade the community by buiding ANYTHING on this green space. |
| 603 | ariel albani | Please save the forest! |
| 604 | dan davidson | There is enough buildings to house any business's needs...what we dont have enough of is green space! |
| 605 | Michael Faris | Please keep and preserve what nature pockets are left in Dr. Phillips - There are many current office buildings available to The Foundation in S.W. Orange County. |

| 607 | Jane Wackley | I bought my condo specifically because of this land, and the wildlife is so beautiful, and the area is one tranquil spot in the midst of an always bustling city. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE IT AWAY!!! |
| 608 | Lance Anderson | Please just keep it as a preserve. |
| 609 | Anonymous | Please save the forest...we don't need more concrete! |

| 611 | Lori Snyder | STOP the building in this area.Put their building space and needs in a building that already exsists like the landmark on the corner of Della Dr and Dr.Phillips or the other numerous EMPTY buildings you let stand around here. Give them a choice of one of those. I don't want to see 10,000 square feet used for any man made item |
| 612 | Irene Conti | |
| 613 | Marsha Fana | There appear to be enough offices already built and currently under construction in the Dr. Phillips area - with many of them are standing empty. When will the landscape of 'concrete' end in this area? |

| 616 | Anonymous | My family and I have lived in the Dr. Phillips community since 1979. My children attended Dr. Phillips Elementary and Dr. Phillips High School. Though they are grown, we as a family still enjoy the tranquility afforded us and our grandchildren in the Dr. Phillips Forest. It is a unique place for our grandchildren to see wildlife, a natural stream and the beautiful trees that occupy the area. It is our hope that the land will remain in its natural state and the offices to be built on another site within the community. The area between the tennis courts and the road into the park behind the Learning Center would be a possiblity. Please reconsider the plan and save the Dr. Phillips Forest! |

| 618 | Tim Nycum | 2008 is the 50th year celebrating my life here in Orlando. The days of orange groves are gone because of a freeze we had in the 70's. The cow pastures that dotted the area, with streams and rivers that flowed reddish brown tannic water, with clean, white sand bottoms, crayfish and minnows were plentiful. I grew up swimming in Sanalando Springs which is now surrounded by a gated neighborhood. The Wekiva River Basin is being threatened by development of roadways and land developers. Our forests of yesteryear, within the city, are gone. We need to keep this space green for many reasons. The most important one being why destroy something that does so much good for so many. Surely, another location can be found. My Grandparents owned and operated the Sebring News and I remember my Grandfather's warning about business verses environment. This was in the 60's. We need to keep the forest and develope it as a park, its natural state. |
| 619 | Cathy Herzig | Our main attraction to move to the Dr. Phillips area over 10 years ago, was the trees and forested areas. Over the ten years we have witnessed forest after forest, grove after grove clear cut and burned. Along with this distruction of nature, the roads have remained the same, with traffic problems contstant on Sand lake and Turkey Lake roads. Why build new buildings when empty office space is everywhere in the area? Please don't cut down one of the last small parcel of forest in the area. Please reconsider!

| 622 | Claire Hodge | We MUST retain some of Florida's natural beauty. We overdeveloped as it is with PLENTY of office space in our immediate area.
PLEASE DO NOT DESTRY THIS SMALL SANCTUARY. |

| 626 | Pam Young | In today's race to develop every last bit of land (to the detriment of the environment), surely a resolution can be reached to preserve this little slice of nature- especially by a foundation that is know for their philanthropy and good deeds. Please save the forest!!! |
| 627 | Jeff Krisch | At a minimum I believe the alternative proposal should be adopted, allowing a portion of the property to remain green space. |
| 628 | Laura Crouse | I do not wish to see the forested land developed. There are so few areas of forested land left that it seems wrong to ruin this beautiful area for office space. Part of what makes the Dr. Phillips area special is the controlled development and wooded areas that we enjoy. If handled carefully, the compromise of using 1 acre for the office space and leaving the rest untouched has merit. |
| 629 | Vicki Horak | Plase do not destroy this perfect little forest.
I've lived in the area for over 25 years, took my childern on nature walks through this forest and had pinics there. It is a gem. |

| 631 | melissa duffy | I am a Realtor and we already have TOO much developement going on in the Dr. Phillips area. I already see birds, ducks, turtles and other animals who are walking the streets of my neighborhood because we have destroyed their home because of continuous construction. Please do not sell this land! |

| 636 | Nicholas Walker | I enjoy looking out at the forest every day. The last thing I want to see waking up every morning and looking out are some office buildings. |
| 637 | LAURIE MCNEILL | PLEASE DO NOT CUT DOWN ANY MORE TREES! |
| 638 | Tina Lovelace | I do not want the trees to be taken away. It hurts me greatly that you could even consider this! You are the Dr. Phillips Foundation, you are the very best there is!!!! Please, please don't do this. Please reconsider. It is for all of our sakes, especially our children. That location is just so beautiful the way it is, I have always loved it!
Our family has lived here for eleven years. Thank you for your time. |
