Lisa KovachWe have enough office buildings in the Dr. Phillips area, and don't need any more. Please leave some green areas for us to enjoy.
Eric KovachPlease preserve our ever-shrinking green spaces in this area. There are quite enough office buildings in the area, many of which are still empty or for sale. Enough is enough!

Jessica BlackmoreSAVE THE FOREST!!
marie greenoughwe have been walking through this little forest for almost 10 years and are devastated at the thought of losing it to yet another development around here. please reconsider. thank you.

Kathleen SiegfriedThe last thing we need in this area is more office buildings! It would be highly unfortunate if the respected Dr. Phillips Foundation continues on this plan and damages their current reputation of support and help to the community.

Donald BonserThe negative changes over the past two years in Dr. Phillips due to development have been huge--more traffic, more crime, bank robberies, homeless begging for money...I left Pine Hills and bought a house in Dr. Phillips for this? Please save one of the last green spaces remaining in this area of Orlando. If this area gets developed as well, I do plan to rent out my house (would have to sell it at a loss right now) and finally move to the coast, and hopefully avoid overdevelopment for a few more years there.

Kathleen FonvilleThere are so many vacant places to have an office, that this is mere waste of money and what few trees we have left in this area. Think global......help stop destruction and seek other avenues. I will help you look for an office if you would like.

Nikolas HobackIt may seem like a ratty mess of trees and bugs, but it is a little piece of the wild in an already highly developed area. Not only do the trees help cut back the amount of CO2 in the air from the cars passing by, but they break up the monotony of buildings and offices. Please, please, please keep this bit of wilderness that is in so many of the hearts of kids who grew up in the Dr. Phillips area so that others can continue to enjoy and explore

Christine OcelPlease save our forest!
Richard PayneWe need to save as much Forest area as we can.
john BrennanOrlando is being OVER DEVELOPED. We do not need to have more green space sacificed for the greater glorifcation of the DP Foundation ego.
Jodi L BaumA bit of green space in the midst of all the urban sprawl is vital to our children and our community! Save the Dr Phillips Forest!
AnonymousKeep this small patch of green. This world needs more green and less concrete.
Cristina Ribeirosave the Dr. Phillips forest!!!
Jalila AliPlease there are so many places the foundation can have its offices. Don't destroy this sanctuary for the wildlife. I've heard so much about Dr. Phillips. This just doesn't fit well with the legacy.
Susan Brennan
Susan SilveiraPlease no more concrete in the area there are plenty of commercial properties already in existence where the foundation can house its' offices. In an ever increasing commercial market lets try to dream green.

Scott MooreDr. Phillips needs more green space. When community was developed, it did not plan for parks and enough green space. Please do not sell out.

Bipin C PatelCommissioner Jacobs: Not always one wants to step forward and disrupt a change for better. I'm afraid this proposal, of the foundation, is thoughtless, selfish and unwarranted, especially when the junction of Dr Phillips and Sand Lake Road has become concrete jungle in the last 15 years. I've lived and seen land use changes in Sand lake Road, Apopka Vineland Road, Dr Phillips Blvd and Conroy Windermere Road since 1975. The green belt is rapidly disappearing and the quality of life is getting worse than better by congested developments. Dr Phillips Forest is one of the last chunks of green belt left on the Blvd. It has kept the road and residences in balance. Please vote against this proposal. One only has to take time and visit European Countries to learn how well they preserve their green belt, especially for defenseless residents to give them small sections of trees, parks in their suburban residences and not overload them with burden of congestion. Thank you Bipin C Patel PS Dr Phillips Foundation is full of resources. They can afford to make their HQ on lands available on Universal Blvd, near convention center or John Young Parkway, west side of Sand Lake Road. Thus, they will be in line with commercial zone development of SW region.

Angel & Martha DelgadoPlease, try to keep it green. Are there no solutions at the library or at / by Dr Philips Hospital? Try to save what you have kept for so long, save and keep your generosity to the community and to the nature. Thanks.
deborah lehmanwhen is orlando going to stop turning itself into a parking lot? we are loosing the real florida and the reason why we moved here 14 years ago.
reggie whitehead
Miya VanDoverPlease, respect the wishes of the people. Let it be.
Pam ThomasIt's pathetic that we have to fight to save this tiny piece of nature. I've driven by it hundreds of times and have often marveled that it even exists. There is abundant vacant office space all over Orlando - use it!
