| 44 | Anonymous | I do not personally know Don, but my husband and his family knew him well. They also knew Connie Vargovich really well. Shame on Iron County for prosecuting an innocent man. Missing evidence and the fact that Judge Madden was intimately involved with Connie, which is common knowledge in the many bars/taverns that they frequented there. Don has missed many valuable years of his life in prison, while the "wicked" are free. Please parole Don and pardon him from all accusations.
It is about time that people take a stand and support the innocent and pursue justice. |

The courts are rarely impartial, the judges often side with their friends and family who are involved with the case. You can't get a judge with no friends or family involved.
This needs to stop. THIS NEEDS TO STOP.
Somebody important needs to scrutinize the actions of these corrupt officials. |
