Maggie RichardsThe sham charges against Mr. Siegelman are despicable. The people who brought them should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, especially Karl Rove & his cohorts in Alabama.
AnonymousA man with integrity. Always available to help his fellowman. Honest to the core.

Ruth GyntherLet justice be even-handed!
ivan swiftadditionally, the federal judge who sentenced don needs to be investigated as being part of the Rove-Canary-Canary-Riley operation to get don out of alabama politics.
AnonymousFree this good man, the most honest politician to ever hit the state of Alabama. Good and decent and honest. And a threat to the slime bags now running our state. Give us back Don Siegelman. This state needs him.
Sharron WilliamsThe people who have been complicit in this manipulation of justice should be investigated and brought before the courts for treason. Our country is simply worn out from the kinds of tactics that Karl Rove and the Department of Justice and the White House, as well as the 109th Congress have used to usurp our Constitution. If Karl Rove is not a traitor to our Constitution, then what does define treason? Let's get rid of the complacency that has allowed these these kinds of injustices to happen to people like Don Siegelman and stand up for justice and what the real America is supposed to be about. An investigation into the Siegelman case could be the downfall of so many who have lost sight of the essence of our democracy. That would be justice. Please investigate and release Don Siegelman. Thank you sincerely, Sharron Williams

debbie underwoodThis country has become more like Nazi Germnay since the Bush and republicans have taken control of this country. Stop this insane behavior before it is too late. This is wrong and we as a nation will pay. I am afraid it is already too late.

Bobby DonaldSince it has become known that the Justice Department under Alberto Gonzales was used for political reasons at the direction of Karl Rove the Siegleman case should be a case for immediate review. If this is not a case of abuse of the judicial system for political reasons I don't what is.

Marcus J. EcholsDon Siegelman is the greatest Govenor Alabama has ever had.
Nancy Beckman EasonThe charges and timing of the trial were totally political, just to keep Republicans in power.
Ruth SwiftWe don't want political prisoners in our country. RS
Nancy BracewellHis treatment in the courtroom -- dragging him away in chains straight to jail -- is different from the treatment of others charged with greater offenses. For those who think the U.S. Justice Department problems aren't relevant, look again. Fair play is always in order.

A. Khalis PrideThis man's the greatest Governor the state of Alabama's ever had, and for this travesty of justice to take place speaks volumes about the political climate here, Alabama will never prosper until the right thing is done by this wonderful human being. This is selective persecution at its' absolute worst...Let this man go home to his family.
William CrainWhat happens to the least of us happens to me, The injustice committed agains Siegelman or the crimes over looked are crimes against me and we. Accountability with out Justice is just a Fraud. William Crain Billings, Montana

Toni SmallsThe charges against Gov. Siegelman are False! The people who dreamed them up should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for waisting our tax dollars!!!!
Carol AllemanIf Siegelman is guilty of a crime, so is Dick Cheney. Why do Halliburton and Cheney not rate an investigation? Where's Cheney's trial? Where's his prison sentence? Equality? Not in Cheney's America.
Ed HartAlvin Blackwell was the first dedicated supporter of Don Siegelman I knew. He convinced me by telling me that although he'd tax and regulate Alvin's industry, Alvin thought it was necessary that Alabama take full advantage of Don's energy, dedication, honesty and competence. If Alvin were alive today, I know he'd commit himself and his resources to bringing justice to Don's case. That's good enough reason for me to join this cause.
