| 351 | camilla bixler | We want advertisers to be ashamed to be associated with Savage's hate speech. |
| 352 | Barbara Robertson | Savage's remarks are a good example of the attitudes that people with less-than-obvious disabilities face. The assumption is that if we only tried harder we wouldn't bother "sensitive" souls like Savage's. It's framing disability into an issue of personal character rather than an issue of societal inclusion. Worse, it's preying on a vulnerable group of people for personal aggrandizement. Truly repugnant! |
| 353 | Mary Loos | This is unreasonable. He Needs to be Fired, in order for Talk Radio Network to keep its credibility. mary loos |
| 354 | Barbara Dirks | Michael Savage's remarks are unacceptable. He is speaking out of total ignorance. As a sponsor of this radio show you should think about whether you want his stupidity to represent you. |

| 359 | Terra Peterson | These comments were unbelievable! How can you sponsor someone who will just come out on the attack against autistic children? This needs to be stopped! Don't let him get away with it! |
| 360 | Michael Peterson | When we look at what happened with Don Imis itseems ludacris that the publi shouldn't make an outcry concerning this disability insensative type statemet from a talk show host. In many instances I might support Michael Savages views but here he's off the wall. Sounds like he is coming from a realism theraphy viewpoint but he's not clarifying that and it's still only one psychological viewpoint or theory. I suspect he wouldn't be able to get agreement from the Glasser institute at least not to the degree he suggests. |
| 361 | Angela Bobeen | I would like to see Michael Savage fired just like Don Imus. |
| 362 | Jason Ross | I feel the remarks by Michael Weiner on Savage Nation were hurtful to me. |

| 366 | Tanya L. Villareal | I struggle daily to have my daughter conform to "society". Parents fight to find help in a world that is unaccepting and ignorant and you feel the need to add to our struggle. My daughter is high functioning. She is brilliant but yet struggles to dress herself in the morning. She cannot control impulses and gets overwhelmed when in public places to the point she cannot communicate and spins in circles. Instead of a compassionate public, I get snotty commments and degrading words that my daughter can hear but not respond to. Her behavior is not due to discipline. I am more strick on her than any of my other children...why?? Because if I am not on her 24/7, than when she grows up people like Savage will demean her to her face. I am passionate that I try to prepare her for the outside world because it is going to be harsh. But her intelligence may solve problems in the future that others will not be able to do. So when you demean her for her differences, maybe you should think twice. |
| 367 | Lee Sandler | I assure you, autism is real and very serious. We have 3 little boys in our family that are on the spectrum. We don't know why or really how to help them. We fear for their futures as productive citizens of this world. The remarks by this talk-show host are obscene. |
| 368 | Susan Johnson | You should know what you are talking about before you make statements on the air. Moron! |
| 369 | dr ramesh k k | sir,
Even the medical fraternity is ignorant about ASD,
others can be worse only. But I do believe in the
refrigerator mother theory. Not getting the medicines
which I am qualified to prescribe is another issue.
I have openly opposed many people on ASD issues
to be followed by violent physical and psychological
backlash.Watchout for the psychiatrists,they
are trying to define a schizospectrum disorder
and put you into that to increase the sales of antipsychotics. That will be worse than the savage
radio broad cast. You people are fortunate in having
an autism related community. Here in India even
a panic disorder and madness go together in
social perception. And that is why we will never have
a community in near future.Good luck to you all.My father was a spray painter in Siemens and was exposed to endosulfan insecticide in the fifties. |

| 374 | Geneva Robinson | I am an avid Savage fan, and this just killed it for me. How such an intelligent person, and show can be so distinctly Neanderthalic is beyond me.
For the record, I am Autistic. |
| 375 | Michelle White | Being a sister of an autistic child, this man obviously has no idea what he is talking about and should be more educated in these areas before speaking his ignorant opinions |
| 376 | Dean McIntosh | I am sure that Weiner thinks the incidents of my mother bashing my head against a door whilst strangling me or holding my ear against her mouth and screaming into it must have cured my autism. Needless to say, Weiner can expect to get a good thumping if he and I ever cross paths. He is advocating the abuse of children, and any media outlet that allows him to do so is not worthy of my nickel. |
| 377 | Dean McIntosh | I would also like to say "shame on you" to those referring to autism as "this disease", or advocating the curebie viewpoint. You are no better than Weiner or Savage, as you also contribute to the ignorance and fear that we are forced to live in.
As every autistic adult (note how I did not say "adult with autism", there is a big difference) says at one point or another, Autism Speaks does not speak for me. |

| 381 | Sam Bartlow | I don't listen to Micheal Savage regularly, but when I've heard his show I tend to think that he is a judgemental prick. The guy claims everyone who doesn't believe what he does has a mental disorder, even going so far as to make up pet names for other radio personalities. To be honest, I think his comments about discipline are mental projection. He is not very well disciplined himself, but just seems to claim that it's the other people around him that are causing trouble, not him. To make matters worse, this is not the first time that he got into trouble with someone. Not only do I think he should be removed, but I think his broadcasters need to seriously think about the messages that they put out on the air. For example, would any of them like someone criticizing how they raise their children in such an unfair manner? How harmful does a negative image have to be before it becomes similar to a racial stereotype? Not only do i think that Savage should be disciplined much more than he is, but his distributor needs to appologize for the things he said. Since they are not willing to do either one, I would like to see the advertisers withdraw their support. If that does not happen, I think it will be necessary to start boycotting them. |
| 382 | Steve Hendrickson | As a parent of an autistic child I found Mr. Weiner's remarks particularly ignorant, cruel and hurtful. His assertion that his remarks were intended to spur debate are laughably hollow. I have made a list of his national and local sponsors and will actively boycott them as long as they continue to support Mr. Weiner's broadcasts, |
| 383 | Samantha Pitt | I back this all the way!
This man sickens me-pathetic small minded idiot. |
| 384 | Bob Thienes | As an educator, school counselor and special educator with over 35 years experience, I strongly urge you to remove Michael Weiner from his duties as a "radio commentator". He's wrong and he knows it, as he is just trying to cause self- serving media buzz by his foolish, non-scientific chatter. Fire the bum! |
| 385 | jessie beauvais | When future generations of your family are affected by autism (and they will, my friend), you will understand. 1 in 150. |
| 386 | Cheryl E. Carter | We need to become a more informed and caring nation!! |
| 387 | melvin mitchell | |
| 388 | Beverly Kanary | As a parent of a child diagnosed with autism, I find this man's comments vulgar and quite offensive. He obviously has no understanding of this disorder. |
