| 875 | candace | dobbs | IL | US | I wish i had read all this before today....A yr ago i went through 3 month shot,but didnt go back,my pelvic pain is so severe now,i just had another 3 month dose given to me today...They did ultrasound and said no cycsts although i saw cyst myself onr ight ovarie,and said its ur endo metrosis back,i had several laproscopies before....I have been diagnosed with PCOS,polycystic ovarian disease,and endometriosis,and i have begged for hysterectomy...after every sugery or lupron treatment it comes back ten fold...i have no fertility rate...basically zilch...since last session of lupron,which i did not know it could be connected, i have had extreeme numbness in hands,legs,feet....extreme joint pain,knees legs ankles back wrist, i had to stop working bc memory loss and fatigue..i cant seem to retain anything i learned or read,even forgot my own kids birthdays when asked what date they were born.....i explain all this to the doctor and he just looks at me like im crazy.....i feel like an idiot even explaining myself and guilty,like maybe im blowing it out of proportion,,,,im on percoset,and alternating vicaden,just to manage the pain...which i have to beg for....someone help me pls |

After reading these comments, no way!! And I will be looking into alternatives to the hysterectomy as well, especially *natural healing* alternatives, such as good diet, herbs/minerals, yoga, rest, etc. My trust, such as it was, in the medical *system*, is at a nadir (and probably the best place for it!!). |

Four days after the last shot I hwoke up with horrible tingling-burning pain on my chest, my head was burning, I was sweating. Lupron has caused SERATONIN SYNDROME which I still have - burning pain on the upper part of my body. Neurologist said that I should be better after six months but before three weeks I got worse. I had to take gabapentin all the time which also has side effects. Other side effects I have are - horrible headaches - they are never gone completely, sweating, chills, bone pain, my period has stopped - it put me to irreversible menopause, memory problems but this burning/tingling pain is the worse. Doctor who prescribed me this poison in April was the third doctor who suggested treatment with lupron. I was stupid to believe that lupron used in IVF treatments is MICRODOSE. I beg you to believe - THRE IS NO LUPRON MICRODOSE, ANY QUANTITY OF THIS POISON WILL KILL YOU, UOU WILL NOT HAVE LIFE ANY MORE IF YOU DECIDE TO TAKE IT.
Many lupron victims on this website mentioned tingling and burning. I believe we all have serotonin syndrome, please ask a neurologist. Lupron ruins part of our brain hypotalamus and pituitary gland - forever.
I am in too much pain today, will write more some other time. |
