I affix my name and signature to this petition to support Rockwell “Rocky” Butler’s Deaf Casino Organization plan to establish a deaf owned and managed casino/poker club in the state of Southern California for the purpose of creating additional jobs and training opportunities for deaf people and those who work with them.
