122 james sandersonI would add that no longer being able to access email etc remotely , having free web space, free monthyl software, free antivirus software and lost emails are all items that i have not been provided with or have access to despite these being promised before i signed up to redten.

128 Roger MarriottI have had the same problems trying to contact Redten,and Clode just keep saying you must speak to Redten,there hands are tied! I have not had any emails from the Redten server since 28th March! Is anyone else got this problem? When i open Outlook Express all i get is this message: The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.rednet.net', Server: 'pop.redten.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E I have informed both redten and clode of this problem but nothing has happened.

137 Duncan WilsonI am quite happy to accept the change in service, but 10 days with no broadband was enough. Redten are now withholding a MAC so I can't take my custom elsewhere.

139 Daniel BlackburnI lost internet connection on the 11th March like the rest of you but never actually received a service again with Redten, after 3 weeks of waiting and no correspondence whatsoever, I decided to contact Orange and see if I could go with them. They informed me my line was being cleared of all broadband services and I could register afresh once this had been done. So not only did Redten lose my service, but they completely removed their service from my BT line without telling me!

142 AnonymousFinally got reconnected on 15/04/08, over one month of downtime. I had to contact NJP directly to get reconnected as Redten supplied wrong mac. No comms at all from either RT or NJP, I had to phone to obtain log in details. 15GB is nowhere near enough and not what I signed for. Pull the plug.

149 JASON FOSTERThoroughly disgusted with the way Redten and Clode have handled this whole fiasco.I signed up late '06 and until this last few weeks have been satisfied. I look forward to a resolution asap!!
150 WoodyI reject the cap of 15 Gb per month. I bought unlimited download and I want unlimited download. I live too far from exchange to be concerned with video in any form. I am sure a breach of contract on many fronts has occurred and I want to change to another BB provider.
