57 Ian LeylandI have sent 2 recorded delivery letters now to Redten/Clode Retail Finance. The first was an initial complaint re the breach of contract. The second a letter refusing to accept the new capped broadband as opposed to the unlimited service we all signed up to.

No reply from either company.Also sent emails to Redften (2 email addresses) & Clode Finance (3 email addresses). Received confirmation emails that messages had been read, but no replies from anyone.

85 Roger GardnerBandwidth so throttled, with no prior warning, that can barely download email let alone use internet. No response from Redten and no MAC forthcoming even though fully paid up as paid in full for 3 years in advance. Disgusting treatment!
